Atlas Group has launched Atlas Chat, an online chat facility available at atlas.com.mt.

Clients may contact Atlas representatives directly with any queries on claims or renewals and for support on other online services. All enquiries will be answered immedatiately. “Through Atlas Chat, we are offering our clients another alternative to speak with us personally. We believe that we must include the element of personal interaction in everything we do,” branches and intermediaries manager Keith Tanti said.

Representatives from all units will be available to interact with clients through the chat facility, which is also available during extended office hours.
