A contractor who created a disturbance while students at St Julian’s Sacred Heart School were sitting for an art exam stopped after the school’s headmistress stepped in. The complaint was handled by the education and transport ministries and the contractor was extremely cooperative, an education spokesman said. The contractor also agreed to hold a meeting with the school and Transport Ministry to ensure that works that would create a disturbance would not be carried out while there were exams going on.
