Last Wednesday I boarded route bus 22 to Sliema.
When I arrived home at about 10.30 a.m. I realised that I had left all my personal things on the bus, which included money, credit cards, membership cards and very personal and important health documents.
I phoned Arriva customer care and in less than five hours, an Arriva official was at my door with the documents. No money or a single paper was missing.
