ABELA. On April 11, at her residence, VIVIENNE of Victoria, Gozo, aged 64, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her beloved husband Joseph of Palm Pharmacy, her daughters and son, Tanya and Joseph Debrincat, Joseph and Yana, Maria, and Louise, and their siblings Giacomo, Chiara, Jean, and George; her brothers, amongst whom Mgr Joseph Bezzina; her mother-in-law Mary, the brothers and sisters of her husband and their respective families. Special thanks to the doctor and the consultant for their loving care during her illness. The funeral cortège leaves her residence in Palm Street today, Wednesday, April 12, at 4.30pm for the Gozo Cathedral where a concelebrated Mass præsente cadavere will be said, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Marija Cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
BROUSSON – CHRISTOPHER GERALD CLIVE, died peacefully on April 9, 2017, aged 77. Beloved husband of Sally and very much loved by his family, Fran, Harriet, Emma and his grandchildren. A celebration of his life will be held in Malta, venue and date to be advised.
CASSAR. On April 9, at Mater Dei Hospital, EDWARD, son of the late Bernard and May Cassar, aged 62, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his sisters and brother, Cecilia and her husband Concetto Sciacca, Arthur and his wife Corinne, Theresa and her husband Anton Valentino, his nephews and nieces, Nicolette and her husband Ivan Camilleri, Henri, Tamsin and her husband Olly Jackson, Peter and his girlfriend Andy Grima, his grand nephews and niece Luigi, Gianluca and Karla, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today, Wednesday, April 12, at 1.30pm for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, would be greatly appreciated. Lord grant him eternal rest.
LARSSON. On April 11, our beautiful SYLVIA, née Kissaun, daughter of the late Antoinette and Alphonse Kissaun, left us suddenly, aged 64, changing our world as we know it and reminding us how fragile our life on earth is. She leaves to mourn her irreparable loss her husband Ulf Larsson, her children Gabrielle Grech Larsson and husband Peter, Nicholas, Karina Ekstrand and her husband Anders, her grandchildren Ellie, Lily, Hannah, Andy, Jamie and Sam, her brother Michael Kissaun, her Maltese and Swedish families and all her treasured friends whose lives she touched in so many ways. Celebrations of her life will be held in Sweden and in Malta, venues and dates to be advised. Donation to Dr Klown, Marsa, will be appreciated instead of flowers. Rest in peace beautiful angel. We will miss you so much.
