GATT. On November 3, at Mater Dei Hospital, our beloved VIVIENNE, aged 56, went to meet the Risen Lord, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She will always be loved and remembered by her beloved mother Mary, her brother Mario and his wife Dorothy, her nephew Luke and her niece Diane. She will always be fondly remembered by her numerous uncles, aunts and cousins, relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8.30am for Our Lady of Lourdes parish church, San Ġwann, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am. The family would appreciate if instead of flowers, donations in her name be sent to Puttinu Cares. The family would also like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Sir Anthony Mamo Oncology Centre and Mater Dei Hospital for their care and dedication. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
MARTIN. On November 3, at Mater Dei Hospital, EMMA, former teacher, aged 95, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her devoted niece Mary Ann Zammit, her nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Saturday, November 5 at 9.15am for Christ the King parish church, Paola, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 10am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. MIZZI. On November 1, MARIA of Għarb, Gozo, aged 81, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Saviour, Nancy, widow of her son Michael, Mary, Joseph, Sr Antoinette (Qaddejja taċ-Ċenaklu), Frank and Noel and their families, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Gozo General Hospital tomorrow, Saturday, November 5 at 3.30pm for Għarb parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 4pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Għarb cemetery. No flowers by request, but donations to Dar tal-Kleru, Birkirkara, and Arka Foundation, Għajnsielem, Gozo, will be appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
