BORG ST. JOHN. On June 14, at Mater Dei Hospital, WALTER, aged 71, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He is sadly missed by his longtime partner Valerie, his children, his brothers and sisters, in-laws, relatives and friends. Funeral Mass will be said tomorrow at 10.15am at Tal-Ibraġ church.
CILIA. On June 17, GEORGE aged 67, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He is sadly missed by his wife Jane, his children Daniel and his wife AnnMarie, Mireille, and Julianne and her husband Allan Micallef, grandchildren, relatives and friends. Funeral Mass will be said tomorrow at 2pm at St Venera parish church, followed by interment at Mosta cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
FARRUGIA. On June 14, at Mater Dei Hospital, RALPH of Mellieħa, aged 49, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his irreparable loss his beloved father Louis, his mother Doris, his sisters Roberta and her husband Henry Holland, Diane Erasmi and her partner Michael Pisani, and Irene and her husband Konrad Borg, his beloved partner Lara Gerada and her family, his nephews and nieces Renée, Kyra, Greta, Timothy, Kristina, Sofia and Michael, his aunts and uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 2pm for Maria Bambina parish church, Mellieħa, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3pm, followed by interment at Queen of Victories Cemetery, Mellieħa. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
MANGION. On June 16, at his residence, JOHN of Qormi, residing at Attard, aged 66, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Emma, née Zammit, his son Alex and his girlfriend Josianne, his siblings Sister Maria OP, Carmen, Gaetana, Joseph and his wife Rose, Nazzareno and his wife Rose, Sebastian and his wife Mary, Fr George Mangion, Sam and his wife Iris, and Carmel and his wife Lina and their respective families, his nephews and nieces, amongst whom Etienne, Narelle and Fr Mario Mangion, parish priest of Marsaxlokk, his in-laws and many friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8.15am for St Mary’s parish church, Attard, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment in the family grave at Resurrection Cemetery, Qormi. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
