FARRUGIA. On February 25, at Roseville, Attard, STELLA, née Xerri, widow of George, of Sliema, at the venerable age of 90, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her great loss her children Tessie and Francis Bruno, Alfred and Lorna, her beloved grandchildren Leonard and Tracy, Doreen and Noel, Jonathan and Sandra, Michel and Elisa, and Francesca, her great-grandchildren Lennie, Andrea, Luca and Carla, her sisters-in-law Rita Naudi and Vivienne Farrugia, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Roseville tomorrow at 1.30pm for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. GAUCI. On February 25, at Karin Grech Rehabilitation Centre, ANTHONY of Rabat, aged 92, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Carmen, his children Mario, Emma and her husband Ronald, Nazio and his wife Rita and Rosanne, his son-in-law Louis widower of his daughter Lina, his grandchildren Clare, Corrine, Kurt, Norbert and Wayne, his in-laws and their spouses, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Karen Grech Hospital tomorrow at 9.30am for Our Lady of Jesus Church (Ta Giezu) Rabat where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 10am followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Margerita Cemetery, Rabat. ZAHRA. On February 26, at Karin Grech Rehabilitation Centre, CARMEN, née Bajada, of Sliema, residing at Gżira, widow of Frank, passed away suddenly, aged 78. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Gabby and Warren, her daughter-in-law Debbie, her beloved grandchildren Ben and Carla, her brother Louis and sister Jane, her late husband’s brothers, Lino, John, Winston and Tony, their spouses and families, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. Mass præsente cadavere will be said on Monday, February 29 at 2pm at Sacro Cuor parish church, Sliema, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
