ABELA. On December 17, at Mater Dei Hospital, EMANUEL, formerly of Għaxaq, residing in Żurrieq, aged 71, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Betty, his sons Mark and his wife Valentina and Alexander and his wife Alison, his grandson Massimo, his brothers and sisters, Lina, Mary, Anna, Rena, Carmelo and George, in-laws Catherine, Philip and Michael, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 2.30pm for St Catherine parish church, Żurrieq, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3pm, followed by interment in the family grave at St Leon Cemetery, Żurrieq. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
