CECI. On July 10, at St Vincent de Paule residence, RANIERI, of Paola, passed peacefully away, aged 87. He leaves to mourn his loss his children Miriam and her husband Costantino, Ronald and his wife Doris, Lawrence and his wife Anna, Victor and his wife Maryanne and Helena and her husband Wayne, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his sister-in-law Mary Cachia, his brother-in-law Grezzju and his wife Ġuża, other relatives and friends. Funeral Mass will be said on Monday at 8.30am at Christ the King parish church, Paola, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Marija Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
GAUCI. On July 8, at Mater Dei Hospital, LINA, née Attard Flores, of Attard, aged 84, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Maria and her husband Michael Tanti, David, and Dorianne and her husband Marco Farrugia, her grandchildren David, Christine, Karl and Alexia, her sister Toinie Hammod, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8.30am for St Mary’s parish church, Attard, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment in the family grave at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
GHIRLANDO. On July 9, at Mater Dei Hospital, PIERRE, aged 85, passed peacefully away to join his beloved daughter Ira and his brothers. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Nafsikaa (aka Kika), née Banes, his daughters Sue and her ex-husband Tony Valsamakis and Giselle and her husband Alessandro Liberto, his grandchildren Nicola, Dominique and her fiancée David Cole and Julienne, his sisters Eliane, Sr Eugenie, Cecile and Victoria and his sister-in-law Lina and their families, besides other relatives in Greece and numerous friends in Malta and abroad. The funeral service will be held at the Immaculate Conception church, Ibraġ, on Tuesday at 9am. No flowers by request, but donations to a charitable institution of your choice.

She leaves to mourn her loss her daughter Davida and her husband Paul Cardona, her grandchildren Paul David and his wife Eleanor, Anna Marie and her husband Rigas, her great-grandchildren David, Hannah and Anya, her brother Walter of Australia, her sister Mary and her husband Gontran Borg, her in-laws Doris, widow of John Cole, Marie, widow of Joe Cole, Josephine, widow of Carmel Conti, and her numerous nephews and nieces in Malta and Australia.
