AGIUS. On November 27, at Mater Dei Hospital, PHILIP (founder of Philip Agius & Sons Ltd), of Żebbuġ, aged 84, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Theresa, his children Mario, Paul, Phyllis, Thomas, Carmen, Claudine and Martin, their spouses, grand-children, in-laws, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 2.15pm for St Philip parish church, Żebbuġ, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3pm, followed by interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Żebbuġ.

EBEJER. On November 27, at Cospicua Home, LOUIS of Paola, aged 89, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his children Sr Louise, Charles and Iris, Doris and Raymond Muscat, Marianne, Maryrose and Edmund Calleja, Joe and Anna, Anthony and Rita, Josephine and Benjamin, Louis and Vivienne and Lorita and Joe Bajada, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his brother and sister, in-laws, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Cospicua Home tomorrow at 8am for Christ the King parish church, Paola, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment at Tarxien cemetery. GAUCI. On November 26, RITA, of Wardija, l/o St Paul’s Bay, passed away peacefully at Mater Dei Hospital, at the age of 81, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Margaret, widow of Nazzareno, Carmen and her husband Emmanuel, Doris and her husband Amabile, Joe and his wife Mary, Carlo and his wife Lucia, Patrick and his wife Tessie, Mary and her husband Salvu, Charlie and his wife Ophelia, Tessie and her husband Matthew, Rose and her husband Joe and Tony widower of Anastasia, nephews and nieces, great grandchildren, her in-laws and their families, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 2.45pm for Our Lady of Sorrows parish church, St Paul’s Bay where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3.30pm followed by interment at Ħniena Divina Cemetery, St Paul’s Bay. Donations to Malta Hospice Movement will be greatly appreciated. The family is unable to receive visitors. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

GRIMA. On November 27, at Mater Dei Hospital, JANE, from Rabat, aged 79, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her brother Victor and his wife Mary, her sister Mary, her nephew Godfrey and Jill, his son Thomas, her niece Lucienne and her husband Ray Debattista, their sons David and Michael, her uncle Toni and his wife Karmena Grima, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 2.30pm for St Paul’s Collegiate, Rabat where Mass præsente cadavere will be held at 3pm followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Margherita Cemetery, Rabat. No flowers by request but donations to St Joseph Home, Sta Venera, will be appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

PACE MOORE. On November 25, at Mater Dei Hospital, MIRIAM, née Caruana, widow of Alfred, aged 78, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her devoted daughters Marisa and her husband Andrew Camilleri and Lucienne and her husband Jean Gaffiero, her most precious granddaughters Rebecca and Katrina, her sisters Evelyn and her husband Alfio Azzopardi, Lilian and her husband Victor Pace Moore, her brothers Edwin and his wife Mary Rose, Saviour, Joseph and his wife Margaret, and Joseph Briffa, widower of her sister Beatrice, her sister-in-law Marion, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 1.15pm for Ta’ Ġieżu church, Valletta, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by inter-ment at Santa Maria Addo-lorata Cemetery. May the Lord grant her eternal rest.
