ANASTASI. On September 16, at Mater Dei Hospital, ANTONIA (née Ciantar) aged 83, of Żebbuġ, residing in Sliema, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her only daughter Cecilia and husband Philip, her grandson Adrian and his wife MaryGrace, her granddaughter Claudia and husband Gordon, her great-grandchildren Luke, Jake and Simon, her sisters Bernardette, MaryLourdes, Agnes and her brother Colin and their respective spouses, her sister-in-law Vincenza Briffa, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortége leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 1.30pm for Jesus of Nazareth parish church, Sliema, where a Mass celebrating her life will be said at 2pm, followed by burial at Żebbuġ Cemetery. May she enjoy eternal peace in the arms of the Lord and the Blessed Virgin.
