AQUILINA. On June 8, at Mater Dei Hospital, ROGER, aged 76, of Rabat, residing in Ħamrun, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Lydia née Agius, his children Marconne and her husband Jesmond, Yvette and her husband Paul, Stephanie and her husband Jason, his grandchildren Jessica, Daria, Maria, Sebastian and Alexander, his great-grandchildren Zackary and Nick, his brothers and sister and their families, his sister-in-law, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 1.30pm for Santa Marija parish church, Birkirkara, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery. BORG. On June 8, at her residence in Luqa, CARMELINA, née Sammut, aged 81, widow of Dr George Borg, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her sad loss her beloved children Dr Doreen and her husband Dr David Cassar, Dr Anton and his wife Giselle, and Pierre and his friend Anita, her grandchildren Claire, Peter, Rachel and Paul, her sister Giuseppina Sammut, her sister-in-law Laura, widow of her brother Andrè, her brother-in-law Mag. Dr Gaudenz Borg and his wife Carmelina, her nieces and their families, family and friends. The funeral leaves her home in Luqa on Tuesday at 3.30pm for St Andrew’s parish church, Luqa, where Mass praesente cadavere will be held at 4pm followed by interment at Luqa cemetery.
