AGIUS. On September 6, JOHN, passed away peacefully at his residence in Żebbuġ. BALANI – On September 9 at home, RAMCHAND, aged 84, passed away peacefully. His irreparable loss will be felt by his beloved wife Mohini, his sons John and his wife Sapna, Robert and his wife Jane, his daughter Susie and her husband Mohan Mirpuri, his grandchildren Nikki and her husband Karl Depasquale, Vishal and Jeanine, Justine, Sunaina and her husband Malcolm Attard, Pooja and her husband Nicky Nainani, Rohan and Gillian, great-grandchildren Julian and Sam, other relatives and friends. On September 9, at Mater Dei Hospital, CARMELO, aged 77, from Valletta but residing in San Ġwann, ex-employee of Malta Rubber, known as Kammu, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his three children Anna, James and Joseph, their respective families, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his partner Yvonne Briffa, his siblings and their families, his in-laws and their families, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8am for St Dominic church, Valletta, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30am followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Spencer Hill diversion
Transport Malta notifies that in view of works along December 13 Road, Marsa public transport will be diverted through Spencer Hill (past ex-Maltacom offices) down towards the Menqa roundabout junction as from 9am today.
In view of this the bus stop at Blata l-Bajda (opposite the Museum of St Ġorġ Preca) will be temporarily shifted next to the ex-Maltacom offices.
This arrangement will remain in force until Sunday evening.
