She leaves to mourn her irreparable loss her beloved daughters Monica and her husband Guido Bonello Ghio, Marcelline and her fiancé Paul Vella, her grandchildren Alberto, Luke, Davina, Emil and Lorraine, Letizia and James, Fabio, Sean and Abigail, her great-grandchildren Nicky, Michela, Sara, Dino and Benjamin, her sisters Delina Darmanin and Doris Gauci Bonnici and her brother Peter Bonnici and his wife Mona, in-laws, other relatives and friends. Definitive set

The set depicts a gold coin (Byzantine period) and the George Cross Medal (British period). As well as having different background colours, the two stamps bear additional values to reflect the increased postage tariff introduced on July 29, 2011.

Lenten talks

Lenten talks in Maltese organised by The Friendship Group will be held at Sarria church, Floriana, between March 20 and 22. Mass at 7 p.m. will be followed by a talk by Fr William Bartolo.

Prayer meeting

A prayer meeting for the sanctification of priests and for priestly and religious vocations will be held on Saturday at 9 p.m. at St John of the Cross parish church, Ta’ Xbiex. It will be followed with Mass and adoration.
