She leaves to mourn her loss her children, Antoinette and her husband Silvio, Alfred and his wife Imelda, Carmelo and his wife Phyllis, grandchildren Fr Martin MSSP, Michelle and her husband Anton, Vanessa and Fiorella, Ryan and Lara, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Margaret, his daughters Madelaine and Estelle, his parents Maria and Anthony, his grandmother Josephine Camilleri, his brothers Mark and his wife Dolores Gatt Baldacchino, Andrew and his wife Bettina Calleja, his in-laws, uncles and aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Friday, April 6, at 1.30pm for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. GOLLCHER. On April 1, at her residence, The Noble MARY, née Barbaro of St George, aged 88, widow of Comm. James G. Gollcher, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her beloved children, Karin and her husband Martin Xuereb, Karl and his wife Anita, Erika and her husband Marin Hili, Mark and his wife Suzanne, her precious grand­children Jacqueline and her husband Kevin, Malcolm and his wife Joanna, Stephanie and her husband Ivor, Annika, Pieter and his fiancée Julie, Michela and her husband Philip, Edward and his wife Audrey, Kristina and her fiancé Michael, Erik and Sandie, her great-grandchildren Millie, Marcus, James, Michael, Benjie, Zack and Leah, her sisters Edwina Pollitt, Cecilia Bellier and Gladys and her husband Anthony Zammit Tabona, her brother-in-law Chief Justice Emeritus Prof. J.J. Cremona, her nephews, nieces, other relatives, friends and her carers Jocelyn, Maya and JudyAnne. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Charles and his wife Maria, Joe and his partner Khak, her beloved grandchildren Naomi and her husband Martin, Mandy and her husband Patrick, Rebecca and her partner Mattias, Jeremy, Hannah, her great-grandchildren Jamie and Kaya, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves St Vincent de Paul tomorrow, Thursday, April 5, at 8am for Jesus of Nazareth church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery. MICALLEF. On April 2, at St Catherine’s Home, Attard, ANTOINETTE (former primary school teacher), of Birkirkara, aged 90, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her great loss her nephew Carmel and his wife Svetlana, Carmen, widow of her brother Frank, relatives and friends. Mass præsente cadavere will be said today, Wednesday, April 4, at 9.15am at St Theresa Sanctuary, Birkirkara, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to St Catherine’s Home, Attard, will be appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest. MIFSUD. On March 31, MARIA PIA, née Borg Cherubino, aged 77, passed away peacefully to eternal life to meet with her late husband Ronnie, who passed away only two months ago, surrounded by her family and comforted by the rites of the Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her great loss her beloved sons Ivan and his partner Sonia Oussaid, Mark and his wife Samantha née Turner, Matthew and his wife Amanda née Cauchi, her sister Anna Orr née Borg Cherubino, her brothers-in-law Norman and his wife Anna née Pace, Derek and his wife Maria née Sansone, her grandchildren Michela, Annabel, Beatrice, Brooke, Luke and Sofia-Pia, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortege leaves The Hilltop Gardens, Naxxar, on Friday, April 6, at 9.30am for the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery chapel where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 10am followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. PORTELLI. On April 2, MAURICE, aged 85, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Nadette together with his daughters, Arianne wife of Stephen Samut Tagliaferro and Maryse wife of Dwardu Gatt, his five granddaughters Stephanie and Micko, Alexia, Luisa and Edward, Pippa and Adrian and Suzanne, together with his five great-grandchildren, also Alice Portelli widow of his brother Albert together with his relatives and friends. Holy Mass præsente cadavere will be said today, Wednesday, April 4, at 9.30am at St Gregory’s parish church, Sliema, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
