The European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) is engaging in an EU-wide activity to inform air passengers of their rights.

Helpdesks will be set up at a number of European airports on Thursday where advisers will be distributing information to passengers on their rights.

The European Consumer Centre of Malta (ECC Malta), with the collaboration of the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority and Transport Malta, will be operating a helpdesk at Malta International Airport (departures area) on the day from 8.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.

Passengers are welcome to stop by and ask any questions they might have.
