I refer to Stephen Gauci’s letter entitled ‘Air Malta is committed to improving client service’ (The Sunday Times of Malta, March 2).
Perhaps Gauci could refer to my letter published on July 12, 2013 and his subsequent reply on August 7.
In my letter, I asked why the Air Malta customer care office is not contactable by phone. To this day there is no telephone number available for this office.
Again, I ask Gauci: How can a client contact Air Malta if he has no access to a computer?
