Training at Dhalia Real Estate Services continues to form a fundamental part of business and what is benefitted from training far outweighs the costs, said Dhalia’s HR executive David Dingli.

“The most common reasons for inadequate training are lack of time, lack of money, an unsuccessful training event and the notion that people are experienced enough and do not need training,” added Mr Dingli.

“However, we believe in delivering continuous training, even to our top sales consultants.”
