This photograph was taken last Monday at 12.33 p.m. in Valley Road, Birkirkara, roughly across the road from the post office.

The warden left her car to book two vehicles that were parked in front of the post office (the owners of the cars were inside the post office doing some transaction).

As can be seen clearly, the warden’s car is parked illegally on a double yellow line and on the corner between two roads.

As expected, the warden didn’t fine herself, nor did any other warden turn up to fine her.

Are wardens above the law?
