APS Bank and the Malta Union of Bank Employees have signed a collective agreement covering the period 2011-2013.

The collective agreement built on the previous one and would encourage staff members to better their performance through the concept of profit sharing, APS Bank CEO Edward Cachia said. He described the agreement as a balanced one based on performance and said it included generous rewards.
