With reference to the editorial ‘Attorney General’s powers’, we are writing this letter to express our agreement with all that was written. Furthermore, the government has proceeded with efficiencyin this regard as, in fact, on May 13, a Bill addressing precisely this issue was published.

The first reading of this Bill has already been approved by Parliament and the debate on the second reading is expected to commence this month.
