The Broadcasting Authority has ordered the State broadcaster and the Nationalist Party’s TV station to give more airtime to Alternattiva Demokratika.
AD had complained to the regulator that PBS and NET TV had been “suffocating” its voice.
In response, the broadcasting watchdog instructed the two stations to include an AD representative in their discussion or current affairs programmes at least once a week.
AD chairman Michael Briguglio said his party would be on the lookout to ensure that all stations gave it reasonable space.
