Sr Rachele Agius, along with the community of sisters in Chak, Pakistan, helps lots of poor people not only from Chak but all those who go to her to seek help; some travelling long distances to go to her.
They go for various needs: some go for medical reasons and some of these will need to be operated upon with urgency. Others need medical treatment, which she provides, and she even gives them medicine to recover and become better. She helps the poor, no matter their beliefs, in whatever need they are in.
Special thanks go to all the members of the Mission Fund for their donation of €2,000. This sum is of great help and Sr Rachele sees to the most urgent needs of these poor people.
Sr Rachele thanks all the generous benefactors and promises them her prayers. Such donations will help Maltese missionaries who are working in Third World countries.
