Over four weeks ago, MPT decided to issue a new Tallinja card with the photograph originally supplied last year.

They removed the credit from the existing card and supposedly transferred the balance to the new card.

We still have not received the new cards. Despite numerous e-mails, phone calls and visits to the kiosk at the terminus, we are none the wiser.

It seems the kiosk staff will say anything to get rid of you by blaming Maltapost. I have e-mailed the Ministry of Transport over two weeks ago without any response.

I have also left a message on the ‘Contact us’ icon on the Office of the Prime Minister’s website. Again without response. Any suggestions as to how to resolve this?
