We have just returned to Ireland after two weeks’ holiday in Malta. On about the third day we picked up a copy of The Times (of Malta) that someone had left in a café and so began a daily treat.

We loved the articles – they were short and concise. Even the business section was written in a way that made it interesting. The crossword, while a challenge, was very enjoyable.

May I thank The Times for adding to an already excellent holiday. We loved Malta, the people, the sights and, of course, the glorious weather.
