Throughout the 49 years that Frank Salt Real Estate has been operating, it seems it has always attracted staff related to family members who work with the company. Being a business dealing with families looking for a family home, the idea of families helping families seems to be a good one.

Over the years the company has employed brothers and sisters, fathers and children, mothers and sons, sisters and brothers, and they even employ two mothers-in-law.

With the company growing and staff members approaching the 200 mark, family members abound.

The trend continues. A letting agent from the Gozo office started dating a sales agent from the Mellieħa office. Both are Gozitan. They’ve recently been on a holiday to Paris, where a romantic proposal of marriage was made with the Eiffel Tower in the background.

So the family trend will continue another husband and wife, the second married pair in the team.
