Can anyone at Maltapost enlighten us common mortals on why we cannot collect registered items ourselves after receiving an attempted delivery notification?
If I were them, I would be more than pleased to ease the workload of my employees.
I would also suggest training customer service personnel to come up with more believable excuses as to why we cannot collect. Saying that the sender requested delivery... well isn’t it obvious? Or maybe there are instances when they keep packets and don’t deliver?
