While most kids sit for hours at video and television screens, Ethan Bortnick has spent the first decade of his life learning and creating masterpieces.
Though he has accomplished more in nine years than many do in a lifetime, Ethan still has the imagination and innocent candour of other children his age.
When asked how he gets rid of stage fright, he said that he imagines the audience as animals to ease his fear.
"Half of the people today are going to be some kids. So, let's say they're baby tigers or something, or crocodiles."
Already a veteran of network television, including the Oprah Winfrey Show and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,Ethan recently performed with some the biggest names in music.
He joined in the recording of "We are the World 25 for Haiti" with superstars Barbara Streisand, Kanye West, Celine Dion, and the Black Eyed Peas.
He was the youngest performer on the recording, which will benefit relief efforts in Haiti.
The piano prodigy from Florida started playing the keyboard at only 3 years old, and by age 5 was composing his own music.
