Eight-six residential units have been completed at For Chambray in the second phase of the development project in Gozo.
The units will be put on the market at The HSBC Malta Property Expo this weekend.
Phase one consisted of the building of 74 properties and a large communal pool.
This second phase consisted of a choice of two- and three-bedroom single and duplex homes in a highly landscaped pedestrian environment embellished with varieties of plant life and water features. These units surround a 1,200 square metre common pool and vast deck area.
This development phase links up with the historical Knights' Barracks, which will be restored and will cater for fine dining restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and other commercial outlets, as well as the future upmarket Phase 3.
The units were designed by TBA Periti.
Fort Chambray is being developed by the Caruana family, one of the leading entrepreneurial families in Gozo.
" We have a very emotional connection with the project. Everything is being done with the enthralling history of the site at the heart", said Dr Michael Caruana, the driving force behind the project since its conception
