ICT services and products company 6pm is to deliver its HR Vision solution to West London Mental Health Trust under a recently signed contract. The solution provides a suite of human resources related processes.
The Trust already has extensive experience in designing business automation solutions and hopes to use this and its investment in the product to quickly develop commercially available processes.
“The business process management platform is already being rolled out for clinical use so it makes sense to enhance the use of it by deploying the HR Vision solution. It provides us with a powerful tool with which we can rationalise existing processes and quickly build new ones,” Trevor Nelms, director of IM&T, West London Mental Health Trust, said.
West London Mental Health NHS Trust employs around 3,700 staff across 27 sites, serving a population of around 750,000 people.
The Trust provides local mental health services for adults, older people and children in the London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Hounslow.
It also provides specialist forensic mental health services, including high secure services at Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire, and medium and low secure services at its Ealing site.
6pm Holdings plc deputy chief executive Steve Wightman explained that the HR workflow knowledge that the West London Mental Health NHS Trust team has will be used to further enhance the HR Vision application.
