Over 60,000 client files are to be stored in an allocated room of limited space availability at Go Mobile’s head office in Marsa.

“Twenty-two 2.3-metre- high special design cabinet carousels, incorporating six suspended tiers, will be installed in a room covering an area of 23 square metres,” said Mark Schembri, director of Cabri Bureau Organisation, suppliers of the filing system.

As each carousel can take up to 3,000 files, the system will offer a total capacity of 66,000 client files.

Users can have easy access to any file thanks to an identification system based on optical coding, Mr Schembri explained.
