Between January 1, 2014, and April 30 this year, Malta Enterprise approved 55 new projects of foreign direct investment in Malta and Gozo.

Twelve such projects approved in the first four months of this year will involve a total investment of €18.9 million.

Economic Affairs Minister Chris Cardonaon gave the information Tuesday in reply to a parliamentary question from Fredrick Azzopardi (PN). He said the new projects were expected to invest €107.3 million in the first three years after approval.
