Two men were arrested today after some 450,000 cigarettes on which duty has not been paid were found by the police on a cabin cruiser which had just entered Grand Harbour at around noon.

The police said the cruise was intercepted by officers from the Economic Crime Unit and the Administrative Law Enforcement.

The police also found two hand-guns.
