A total of 16 athletes, including one from Gozo, are representing Malta in the Special Olympics in Cyprus. They were today congratulated by Parliamentary Secretary Justyne Caruana.

She said these were a clear example of how people with a disability were being more active.

They were also an honour for the country through their participation and results.
