Six Żejtun Corinthians FC nursery officials have just completed a week-long course in youth football in Scotland. The visit was made possible through the Leonardo Mobility Project funded by the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Commission.

The course, which centred mostly on administration and latest trends in grassroot football, was held in conjunction with Cumbernauld College. Course participants met counterparts from top clubs in Scotland including Celtic, Kilmarnock and Partick Thistle.

The Żejtun nursery group also had an opportunity to observe training sessions for players from different age sectors.

This was followed by an evaluation processing exercise and discussions with the coaching staff of each host team.
