I think the problems have been ironed out and, from what I see, the drivers are educated. I don’t usually wait that long for the bus to arrive.”

“Arriva has its good points and bad points. You sometimes have to wait a lot and there is still a problem in that respect. But, on the other hand, the buses are more comfortable than before. But I do expect there to be more buses working and a more efficient system.”

“The service is good but, if you have an appointment, you will not be on time with Arriva since they are slow. They don’t go straight to the destination but drive around. They don’t stick to their timings. Drivers are all right and I never had a problem. Air conditioners are good but sometimes they are not switched on.”

“The service is improving with time. The buses have ACs, unlike before when they were really hot. I don’t really see any problems. Only once did I have to wait a long time for the bus and the drivers are better than before. I’m happy with the service.”

“I use the bus every day for work. Sometimes the service is good and at times it’s late. It has taken me an hour to get to work as sometimes the 7.30 a.m. bus comes at 8 a.m. Other than that, the service is good. I never had issues and the routes suit me well.”
