Destination website Mymaltainfo.com has rebranded itself as part of the global expansion of the My Destination brand, which now covers over 100 other destinations in 60 countries.

The rebrand includes a new logo, a new URL (MyDestination.com/Malta) and “some exciting plans ahead”, according to Neil Waller, co-founder of My Destination.

“We dropped the ‘info’ as part of our global rebrand since the site has evolved into much more than an information resource. We now have a booking engine and soon we’ll be launching online communities, mobile apps and advanced personalisation,” Mr Waller said.

Niki Bilocca, manager of My Destination Malta, added: “It’s an exciting time for all of us because we are now able to showcase our best local companies on a massive global platform. We have been working closely with local businesses in Malta, providing them with attractive online profiles and panoramic virtual tours of their premises. As part of My Destination we can now take this to the next level with a wider multimedia offering and market reach.”
