Squadron closing party

Squadron closes off their 2008 agenda in collaboration with Sky Club with one of the biggest event to hit the islands this year. Following a four-year absence, the true house music legend Todd Terry returns to Malta, together with scratch master DJ Godfather on October 11 at Sky Superclub in Paceville.

More than any other producer, Grammy Award nominated DJ/Producer Todd Terry defined house music during the 1980s, And with two of the most respected crossover remixes of the house era I'll House You by the Jungle Brothers and Missing by Everything but the Girl, together with house club anthems Can You Party, Get Down and Weekend Todd Terry more than earned his title Todd the God, or occasionally, simply God. Todd Terry's immortality as a dance icon is assured.

Todd Terry is one of the world's most celebrated figures in dance music. With almost two decades of dance floor domination under Todd's belt the quality of his productions goes from strength to strength.

Here in Malta, one can except an energetic set including old schSool house classics, together with today's modern electro-house sounds straight from the master of House music himself! Welcome to the church of house music presided over by Todd the God. Are you a believer?

Apart from Todd Terry, DJ Godfather will be also headlining. He has been a major player in the Detroit ghetto-tech/electro scene for 11 years. With over 60 releases under his belt, Godfather has deejayed in almost every major city of every major state and country in the world-numerous times, able to hold a crowd on the floor with his infectious music at the same time blowing their minds with his unparalleled DJ skills.
