The marriage took place on June 29, 1956. Nuptial Mass celebrated by the Provincial, Fr Eugenio Cachia, OP, at Stella Maris parish church, Sliema. Best wishes coming from our children Josephine, Peter, Graziella and their families. Thanks to our Lord Jesus Christ for the graces bestowed on us throughout these years.
Obituary
DALLI. On June 28, at his home in St. Julian’s, LUIGI, retired police sergeant major, passed away peacefully at the age of 83, comforted by the rights of the Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his beloved wife Lucy, his sons, Saviour and his wife Maria, Jimmy and his wife Judith, Carmelo and his wife Carmen, his siblings, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Thursday, June 30 at 8.30am for St Julian’s parish church, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. The family would appreciate if instead of flowers, donations in his name be sent to Hospice Movement, Balzan.
FALZON. On June 27, at Mater Dei Hospital, JOHN, of Sliema, passed away peacefully, at the age of 85, comforted by the rites of Holy Church, and surrounded by his family. He loves to mourn his loss his wife Giusa, his sons Joseph and his wife Antoinette, Paul and his wife Therese, his daughter Rosalie and her husband Alfie Tanti, his grandchildren Patrick and his girlfriend Maria, Laura and her husband Colin Frendo, Claire, Rebecca and her boyfriend Andrew, and Svetlana, his brother David, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 1.30pm for Mass at Sacro Cuor parish church at 2pm, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza would be appreciated. Dear Lord, take him into your loving arms and grant him eternal rest.
