French Speaking - Sales & Trading Support Associate

·Analyze and identify high potential demo accounts with the aim of converting them to real accounts.
·You will handle customer queries and support clients in any possible issue via telephone, email and chat;
·Perform duties within the guidelines set out in the operational procedures manual and management directives.
·Support the Sales & Trading Supervisor in organizing marketing events, and possibly attending personally at such formations or salons which are held in cosmopolitan cities within Europe.

· You will also be required to work hand in hand with other departments, to facilitate and accelerate sales-related initiatives.

Candidates MUST be sales-oriented, fluent in both English and French, ambitious and motivated to work in a challenging dynamic environment. An excellent command of the German language as well as a financial background would be considered an asset. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
