During the development phase of the project, the General Manager will maintain disciplines over cost, quality and timing, whilst setting up and organizing the business needs of the Company. As the project progresses towards completion, the General Manager will establish a full-fledged organization geared towards the leasing or sale of the various components of the development, as well as the continued management, maintenance and marketing of the various components of the Medina Towers.
A sound background in general management, preferably in mixed-use construction developments, as well as experience in the commercialization of real estate, is necessary for the job. More importantly, the developers are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurially-driven, mature person who is able to work under pressure and inspire the rest of the organization in striving for excellence.
