Accounts Clerk

Our client is an established organisation, importing and distributing a vast portfolio of food and beverage products. They are currently growing their team and are seeking a mature and committed individual to further enhance and support operations.

Reporting to the Finance and Control Manager you will be responsible for:
• assisting with the preparation of financial reports,
• posting data and general accounting transactions and maintaining accounting records
• maintaining clerical records and reports
• handling customer accounts and liaisoning with sales staff
• handling foreign suppliers accounts
• handling foreign payments and monitoring general expenses
• cashier duties and assist the deliverymen and the salespersons in depositing cash collected
• assisting in the preparation of IT reports and statistics as may be required.

You will have an A level in Accounts ideally with previous experience in a similar post. You will be able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision and under pressure. You will be self motivated with a can do attitude and hands on approach to work.
