Technician – A/C and Refrigerators

Our client is a young and dynamic organisation and one of the leaders in its sector installing, servicing and maintaining high quality air-conditioning units and refrigerators on the local market. They are committed to delivering high quality products and an excellent service to all their customers specializing in fixed, wall mounted units. They are currently seeking the services of an enthusiastic and reliable individual for the post of technician to form part of their team.

Technician – A/C and Refrigerators

You will be responsible for servicing and repairing air-conditioning units and refrigerators, offering effective solutions to installation queries and breakdowns. This will include providing technical support and advice of product usage, liaise with the other departments such as sales and customer care sharing a common goal – to deliver an exceptional customer service.
In this role you will also be responsible for ordering parts and servicing both residential and commercial units. In possession of a recognised qualification, you will be able to work on own initiative and utilise sound judgment in decision making and in problem solving.
You will have excellent communication skills together with the ability to work in a team environment with a resourceful and customer focus approach to work. Persons with experience but no formal qualifications will also be considered for this role.
