Our client is a dynamic and fast growing company, providing an array of services within an expanding sector of the Maltese economy. The company grew steadily over the past ten years due to a sharp focus on fostering healthy client relationships by working closely with them to understand their business and the market they operate in and providing concrete solutions that best meet and exceed their clients’ expectations.

They are currently in the process of growing their management team and are seeking the services of a Financial Controller.

You will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of the Company’s financial information, including providing forecasts, generating reports, analysing financial data, implementing budgetary and reporting standards, and maintaining compliance with company operating procedures and statutory requirements. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining financial controls and processes. In this role you will be actively involved in feasibility studies and advising the board of directors in financial matters.

The ideal applicant will have experience in a similar role, and feel comfortable leading and developing a small team of finance professionals. You will be a dedicated individual who will be used to working to tight deadlines and thrive under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential for this role as the successful applicant will liaise with individuals across the business on a regular basis.
