Accountants and Assistant Accountants

The Portman International business has been established since 1986 and ever since has been successful in providing a varied range of services in Accounting, Tax and Audit, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, Corporate and Legal Services as well as Trading Operations. Our success can be attributed to the dedication of our people in meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Due to significant and continuous growth in a number of areas we are currently seeking to recruit motivated individuals to join our growing business.

These roles require a meticulous person with strong organisational skills, together with an ability to proactively work to strict deadlines and own initiative. The person must be a dedicated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills as well as being customer oriented.


The selected candidate will be responsible for various client accounting duties that will include:


the preparation of statutory accounts
assistance in the audits for small and medium sized clients;
the preparation of VAT returns and company taxation returns;
dealing with clients on all client service matters;
general assistance on other areas of the client accounting department as required from time to time.

This is an excellent opportunity to get exposure to cutting edge international practice and get valuable experience in a wide range of audit, accounting and tax services in various jurisdictions. Extensive training will be provided to the selected candidates as necessary.
