Financial Controller - Based in Libya

Our client a diversified multinational is currently in the process of expanding its operations and as a result of such growth they are currently seeking a committed professional to take up the role of a Financial Controller to be part of this start up and contribute to its success.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the operations financial administration, management, reporting, governance, planning and analysis. This will include assessing the financial feasibility of the various projects under consideration, budgets, forecasts and other financial data as well as the analysis of financial results. You will also be responsible for providing accurate and timely reports in compliance with local and international tax and legal laws. In addition you will be responsible for ensuring the correctness and maintenance of financial control policies and procedures.

You will be a qualified accountant having previous experience ideally within the manufacturing industry. You will be a driver, being a self motivated individual with a results oriented approach to work. Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills and a willingness to travel are also important.
