Assistant to the CEO - Libya

Our client is a leader in banking and financial services, with a significant and growing presence in Europe, the United States and Asia. They have one of the largest international banking networks, a presence in over 85 countries and over 160,000 employees. They have recently taken control of an established operation in Libya and are currently undergoing structural changes. As a result they are seeking committed individuals to form part of their growing team.

Assistant to the CEO

You will be responsible for supporting the CEO as he leads the business through change and future growth by working closely with the other counterparts and managing these relationships. This will include preparing and producing high quality material for presentations and speeches. You will also liaise extensively with the executive team and working across the business to drive high level projects, ensuring progress is maintained and resolutions reached.

The position will give you fantastic insight to the challenges faced by the business and is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of challenges at a senior level. You will be a ‘high flyer’ having strong decision making skills and the confidence to work on own initiative. You will be highly organised and assertive having excellent interpersonal and first class presentation skills. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
