Personal Assistant

Our client, a successful organisation operating within the Insurance Sector is currently seeking to recruit an exceptional and highly motivated Personal Assistant to provide assistance to one of their Directors.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support with day to day activities, this includes greeting clients, dealing with internal and external calls, diary management, scheduling appointments and meetings, travel arrangements and general administration. You will also be involved in preparing and compiling reports as may be required form time to time.

For this role you will have excellent organisational skills, good verbal and written communication skills with a proficient knowledge of the English Language. You will be able to work on your own initiative, be hard working and have a 'hands on' approach to work.
