HR Officer
Friday, June 13, 2008Our client has established itself as one of the largest Group of Companies on the Island. It has consistently diversified its business operations achieving resounding success, and as a result, they are currently seeking to strengthen the HR function by recruiting an HR Officer.
You will be responsible for providing administrative and first line technical HR expertise. This will include involvement in recruitment, employee training & development, performance appraisals, and employee relations.
In this role we are looking for a person with previous experience in an HR function and ideally reading a Diploma in a related subject. To succeed in this post you will have excellent communication skills, drive and enthusiasm, and a caring approach. You will also be expected to multi task extensively and be effective in execution.
You will be expected to be knowledgeable in employment law and possess an assertive personality to act as a point of reference to employees and managers alike.
