Our Client is a lavish and luxurious five star hotel, whose selling proposition is centered around providing their customers with an exclusive and unique experience by offering genuine hospitality and a modern environment. They are looking into recruiting a Food and Beverage Manager to continue sustain their growth.

Food and Beverage Manager

This versatile role calls for an individual who is able to plan, organise, lead and evaluate the operations at hand, with the aim of increasing revenue and enhancing profitability.. Managing a team of people you will be responsible for ensuring preset goals are met and a high quality service is delivered at all times in view of meeting and exceeding customers expectations.

Your responsibilities:

Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
Extensive involvement in marketing of outlets and in the enhancement of their product offerings
Oversee the recruitment and training of staff
Shift scheduling
Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Purchase and control of inventory
Monitor revenues and expenses
Ensure practice of health and safety regulations
Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products
Inventory management
Negotiate with clients for use of facilities for catering, parties, banquets, etc.
